By downloading, installing, or using the Petzy mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Petzy is a social platform for pet owners to create pet profiles, match with nearby pets, share photos and videos, chat with other pet owners, and plan playdates.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Petzy.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, videos, text). By posting content, you grant Petzy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the App to other users.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains explicit or inappropriate material.
• Promotes violence or animal cruelty.
• Is spam or misleading.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake profiles or impersonating others.
• Scraping or collecting user data without consent.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts.
• Using the App for commercial purposes without permission.
• Circumventing any security features of the App.

6. Pet Safety

Petzy facilitates connections between pet owners, but we are not responsible for in-person interactions or playdates. Always exercise caution when meeting other users and their pets in person.

7. Donations

Petzy may offer links to external donation platforms. Petzy does not process payments directly. All donations are handled by third-party services and are subject to their respective terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by using the delete account feature in the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
